Responsibilities include:

  • Answering and fielding telephone calls

  • Taking and relaying accurate and detailed messages

  • Email correspondence

  • Working closely with a variety of documents

  • Chasing outstanding documents from customers and external suppliers

  • Data input onto Charles & Dean CRM system

  • Assisting Directors, BDMs & Office Manager with smooth running of office activity

  • Assisting Office Manager with daily office duties
