Despite the difficult times we have all faced recently, anticipation has remained in the air for Charles & Dean. Due to the significant team expansion earlier in the year, we were outgrowing our previous office space on Broad Street in central Stamford, where we were split across two smaller serviced offices. As a result, at the beginning of September, the team moved across to our new offices just outside of Stamford, near the neighbouring village of Uffington.
The new office space is a renovated two storey barn conversion, which offers a delightful, scenic setting with plenty of space and allows scope for further business growth in the future. Downstairs boasts a large boardroom table, ideal for team meetings, whilst the sofa area ensures there is space to relax and unwind after a busy day. The first floor is a spacious office area, an ideal environment for the team to interact with each other and discuss their work.
Office Manager, Alice, commented "It's an exciting chapter for Charles & Dean, which I am proud to be a part of. Whilst it was a real shame to say goodbye to our offices in the centre of town, where we have been based for a number of years, it feels like we now have the opportunity to stand on our own two feet, within our own building. With us now all in one larger office, there is an energetic buzz amongst the team and you can really see a positive impact on the company dynamics, which is great to see in such a short space of time. The team have all settled in really well and are all looking forward to the next chapter."
