Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious individuals who would like to get ahead in their careers and gain hands-on experience. Previous experience is not necessary as you will be on a structured development programme. All that we require from you is commitment, passion and tenacity in abundance.
What You’ll Do...
VEHICLE FINANCE
Work alongside motor enthusiasts, understanding finance products and regulation
BUSINESS FINANCE
Develop your knowledge in commercial lending with our dedicated Finance Specialists
OPERATIONS
Understand the finer details, compliance and individual lender processes within our Operations Team
FINAL DESTINATION
Enjoy 6 months in the department that you are most suited to, underpinning everything you have learnt
Whilst day-to-day responsibilities vary based on your team, you’ll make a meaningful contribution to Charles & Dean from the very beginning. Academy members have gone on to work as Sales Development Representatives in various departments and orchestrate their own deals.

You will essentially gain the necessary skills to take your career in any direction. We’ll also help you to develop your communication, presentation and other softer skills through various mentoring opportunities.
